Sprained Ankle
sprained ankles are caused when ankle bone tears or stretches
STEP ONE
Prepare two tubs of water, one ice cold the other bearably hot.
STEP TWO
Sitting on a chair, place your foot in the cold tub to reduce the swelling. Leave for two minutes.
STEP THREE
Place your foot in the hot tub. Alternate between the tubs five times, then finish with the cold one.
STEP FOUR
Dry your foot. This treatment opens and closes the blood vessels, improving circulation and reducing swelling.
