Stiff Back
THIS is usually caused by minor damage to the ligaments and muscles in the lower back

STEP ONE
Lie on the floor and find a comfortable position.

STEP TWO     
Place a rolled-up towel under the stiff area of your back.

STEP THREE     
Take ten deep breaths,holding each for two seconds.

STEP FOUR
Sit up, stretch hands above your head — loosening
stiff joints in your back.
