For example on April 3rd Medi-Mail held a members evening at the fabulous newly launched Ottoman restaurant, Chintamani, on Jermyn Street, W1. Added value included:</div> <bR> <div> •     complimentary cocktails and canapés</div> <div> •     the chance for members to network</div> <div> •     sampling delectable Ottoman food in beautiful surroundings</div> <bR> <div> <B>Charity Events</B></div> <div> These events are outsourced by Medi-Mail, allowing members the chance to attend charity organised events. An example of one we supported recently was the UNGARO charity fashion show, 3rd April 2003, held at Diverso restaurant, W1, where members had the chance to attend a fashion event whilst supporting KIDS charity (looking after children with disabilities). The added value for our members included:</div> <bR> <div> •     Opportunity to attend a high-profile event</div> <div> •     Three course lunch with Champagne</div> <div> •     Desirable goody bags</div> <bR> <div> <B>Shopping Evenings</B></div> <div> Medi-Mail regularly hold private shopping events for both our suppliers and members. These have proven to be particularly popular, the Louis Vuitton shopping evening on 9th April 2003 attracting over 150 members and the following evening we held a Burberry evening attracting over 200 members. The added value included:</div> <bR> <div> •     Complimentary champagne and canapés</div> <div> •     Desirable goody bags</div> <div> •     Celebrity attendance which boosted the atmosphere</div> <div> •     Provided platforms on which to network</div> <bR> <div> <B>Other Events</B></div> <div> Medi-Mail has a strong marketing and events team constantly working on new ideas to enhance our members’ events. There will be many more to come so watch this space.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Member Benefits</B></div> <div> There are obvious benefits of being a Medi-Mail member. Apart from the insider knowledge and prescribing info. The two main benefits are added value and discounts. Where these apply, generally depends on the type of activity being undertaken.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Added value:</B> That little extra something we give to go that one step further and member incentives.</div> <div> Discounts: Medi-Mail aims to attract discounts from our suppliers wherever possible whenever possible. Whether its replacing an office chair for the surgery or purchase of a new stethoscope, you can be sure you won’t find it cheaper anywhere else.</div> <bR> <div> <B>So which one?</B></div> <div> Both of these are decided on a case to case basis. Discounts are usually more common with restaurant bills, travel and shopping whereas added value is most attractive at our in-house events such as the highly popular shopping evenings.</div> <bR> <bR> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
